Return Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of purchase only when accompanied by original sales receipt.  

Items must be in original condition with the original packaging intact. 

Due to health regulations, no exchanges or returns on shoes, insoles, pillows, pillow tops, and magnetic products.  

Health + Wellness Factory reserves the right to deny any return.
